FOAT VENTURES LIMITED, has been very active in the construction

Industry within the small and large scale categories for the past few years

and has given one of the best services to private individuals, corporate

organizations, education institute, religious bodies etc. and we strongly

believe in the principle of DOING IT RIGTH THE FIRST TIME ALL

THE TIME.

FOAT VENTURES LTD. a company set up to undertake DESIGN,

CONSTRUCTION, RENOVATION of structures such as buildings,

Power plants etc. We also provide services in areas of landscaping and

Interior decorations.

The idea of setting up was conceived from the fact that the level of

development of a nation is measured by the amount of construction work

being undertaken by both private and public sectors of the economy and

based on the improved socio-economy environment prevailing in the

Country with the advent of democracy.

These factors necessitate the coming together of bright minds with

Innovations in the industry to contribute our own quota to the

development of the nation’s economy in general and construction

industry in particular.

CONSULTING

A core component of FOAT VENTURES LTD. overall client service

business is consulting. By integrating our expertise the resources, tools

and operational capabilities from our organization and as well as through

our network of alliance partners, we would provide advice to our client

from the Architectural design stage of building projects to the

construction and commissioning stages.

DESIGNING

With our expertise in architectural and engineering design, we are

providing services such as architectural, engineering and structural design

to our clients. We are positioned technology-wise to provide our client

with option in design that the new technology and design packages can

unleash.

At FOAT VENTURES LTD. we see technology as an enabler and as a

generator of new options in design. Our experienced professionals use the

latest soft wares such as AutoCAD, ArchiCad,3D studio max, MAYA and other design packages

to deliver designs that exceeds expectations, no matter how complex, to

maintain this; our team will continually push the boundaries of existing

technology while identifying entirely new categories of design packages

and alternative ways to deliver this designs.

CONSTRUCTION

At FOAT VENTURES LTD., we undertake full-scale construction of

structures from foundation to commissioning stage. With the manpower

and access to machinery, we specialize mainly in construction of

buildings.

RENOVATION

We have expertise in the overhaul and renovation of old, dilapidated

structures to conform with modern day standards. We also help convert

structures from one use (e.g. residential) to another (e.g. commercial). In

recent times when cost of erecting new structures are skyrocketing, the

need to preserve our old structures arises and we at FOAT VENTURES

LIMITED are in good stead to carry out all renovation works.

INTERIOR DESIGN

This is another component of our client service, we have professional

who are specialists in the area of interior design. We undertake the design

of interiors to fit the use. We undertake partitioning of interior of

buildings for both office and residential use. Amongst the products we

offers are the suspended and plaster of Paris ceilings, wall paneling.
